Shipping Carriers: We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, Thailand Post and Pakistan Post.
Delivery Timeframes:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days
Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 20–30 business days
Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Please Note: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by their local authorities.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we accept returns under the conditions below.
Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Extended Return Consideration: Depending on the regulations of your country, we may accommodate returns beyond 14 days on a case-by-case basis.

To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient are not eligible for return
Items that are used, altered, or damaged not due to our error may only be eligible for partial refund

Return Shipping & Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable
If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost (if any) and return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $100
Zadran Gems is not responsible for return parcels lost or damaged in transit.
